Beech wood wool REBUKO offers wide use in breeding facilities and zoological parks thanks to its softness, low dust content and stable structure. It is ideal as bedding, nesting material and enrichment. Animals accept it naturally — they like to rest in it, build nests, carry it in their mouths, hide food in it, or use it as an insulating layer during colder periods. It is fully natural, free of chemicals and resins. Thanks to the higher density of beech wood, it is firmer and more stable than wool made from softwoods, does not clump, and retains its volume even during long-term use.
Probiotic Treatment – an Optional Added Value
For professional breeding operations, we offer the option of probiotic treatment, during which selected non-pathogenic microorganisms are applied to the material. These microorganisms:
► support the natural microflora of the environment,
► help maintain a more hygienic habitat,
► limit the development of undesirable microorganisms,
► reduce odor,
►stabilize the microclimate within the bedding.
Probiotics work on the principle of natural microbial balance – they do not burden animals or the environment, are non-chemical, and safe for mammals, birds and young animals. In many modern breeding facilities, probiotic bedding is already considered a contemporary standard because it supports a natural, healthy and clean environment without the use of aggressive disinfectants.

Natural (untreated) – pure fibrous beech wood.
